Slow Carb and Shirataki Noodles

I've recently discovered Shirataki noodles. I didn't find them at spud.ca (although I hope that they soon start offering them), but at my local Shopper's Drug Mart. The ones that I've found are Tofu Shirataki from House Foods, and they are fabulously delicious. They are made from yam flour and tofu, and they are just fabulous. The smell when they come out of their package is a little strange, but with a thorough rinse and dunk in boiling water, they are set to go.

I've been playing with the Slow Carb Diet from the Four Hour Body, and I'm just crossing my fingers that they count.
They are mostly tofu, right?

My hope too is that spud will start selling these noodles, because then I'll be able to cut out my added trip to another grocery store each week.
